Kaylia Harrison
Director of Sales for St. James’s Club Morgan Bay

As the director of sales, Kaylia Harrison leads the sales strategy for St. James’s Club Morgan Bay, strengthening existing and new business partnerships. She also has the direct responsibility to guide the hotel’s strategic transition to Secrets St. Lucia, a part of world of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection in Q4 2023.

Kaylia is the consummate sales professional, keen on building meaningful relationships and consistently delivers and exceeds company sales objectives. Her tourism journey began with a summer internship at one of Jamaica’s leading hotels where she quickly discovered she had a passion for all facets of hotel and resort management. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Technology, Jamaica.

Experienced in the luxury travel segment, Kaylia has earned a reputation par excellence for her strategic sales leadership, development of sales processes for hotel openings and event planning. In 2018, Kaylia was recognized as a “Rising Star” within the Latin America and English-Speaking Caribbean for AMR Collection, now, Hyatt Inclusive Collection.

In her spare time, she mentors young ladies, creates macramé art and spends time with her family.
